Opportunities

The Trust uses the three principles as guidance and assessments of requests (and opportunities) to determine whether and how it furthers the interest of the Trust.

The Trust was established in August 2020 to:

  • Foster and promote the unique identity of Māori literature
  • Encourage Māori voices in literature
  • Promote excellence in the publishing of Māori language
